Join us and receive 4 Weeks of Mindfulness Lessons:


Week 1 - Mindfulness of Breath

We begin our time with some foundational practice. Mindfulness of breathing is an excellent practice because we can access the breath at any time. Plus, the breath can give us clues about our mental and physical state. In week 1 you'll receive guidance on setting up your practice, along with guided meditations focused on mindfulness of breathing.


Week 2 - Mindfulness of Body

It only takes a few minutes every day to develop greater mindfulness. You don't have to escape on retreat, or find some hidden sanctuary to practice. You can use the practices of mindfulness in your everyday life. In week 2 we'll continue our exploration with meditation and mindfulness exercises focused on the body.


Week 3 - Mindfulness of Mind

We live in a world that is increasingly fast paced and full of distraction. It's not easy to be present, especially when there are a million other things calling for your attention. In this week we deepen our understanding of mindfulness by investing the rich world of emotions, thoughts and feelings.


Week 4 - Supporting the Heart

The practice of mindfulness helps you develop awareness and return to the present moment, but it can also be a way to press pause and appreciate the world around you. In our final week we'll look at how loving kindness practices help to balance awareness practices and we'll also explore how to continue your practice beyond the course.


 

MEET YOUR GUIDE


JENNIFER RAYE, R.TCMP, E-RYT 500+

EXPERIENCED YOGA AND MEDITATION TEACHER AND LICENSED TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is also a published mindfulness author, an ERYT 500 (experienced) yoga and meditation teacher, and a holistic nutritionist. Jennifer has been teaching mindfulness and yoga for over 17 years, in addition to over 18 years in holistic medicine.

Steeped in the wisdom of Buddhist mindfulness and deep respect for the beauty and magic of the natural world, Jennifer's teachings emphasize true self-care and are holistic and therapeutic.

Her offerings reflect her varied expertise in the fields of contemplative practice and integrative medicine and her extensive background and training create a learning environment that is deeply informed and instructive.

Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and clients all over the world. She teaches classes, retreats, and teacher training related to mindfulness, therapeutic movement, Chinese Medicine, herbal medicine, seasonal wellness, and nutrition. She has been faculty at a number of educational institutions along with running her private medical practice. She is also the creator of a number of online programs.

FAQ:

When does the course start and finish? Can I go at my own pace?

This free course can be taken anytime as a self-paced course, or you can follow along with the special live version, which is running the entire month of February 2025. Once you sign up, you decide when you start and when you finish!

What if I can't attend the live classes?

If you can't make the bonus live classes, you can watch and practice along with the replay recordings afterward. Live classes are available until Mar.31st 2025.

What will the live classes be like?

Live classes are held on the online video platform Zoom. After signing up, you'll be sent a link to join the classes. You do not need a Zoom account to watch and join.
