Gentle classes for space, healing, and sensory awareness

You're invited to join me for five special live online classes. Classes will be a gentle, accessible, and rich exploration of the body-mind for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners.

These classes are specifically focused on soft therapeutic movements done on the floor. The methods I'll be offering (somatics, S.A.T.Y.A, meditation) support structural integration, healing in the tissues and joints, unwinding of tension and pain, and revitalization of the energy body. The slower nature of these movements also helps to deepen our mindfulness practice by giving space and time to explore the more subtle aspects of body, mind, and heart.

Classes run Thursdays 6pm-7pm PST (pacific standard time) May 6th-June 3rd. Replays will be available for 3 months after class.

What does this include?

What if I can't attend the live classes?

You can watch and practice along with the recording and you'll also be able to access the extra material in the online portal whenever is convenient for you.

What will the live classes be like?

Live classes are held on the online video platform zoom. After sign up, you'll be sent a link to join the class. You do not need a zoom account to watch and join.

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is also a published mindfulness author, an ERYT 500 (experienced) yoga and meditation teacher, and a holistic nutritionist. Jennifer has been teaching mindfulness and yoga for over a decade in addition to over 17 years in holistic medicine.

Steeped in the wisdom of Buddhist mindfulness and deep respect for the beauty and magic of the natural world, Jennifer's teachings emphasize true self-care and are holistic and therapeutic.

Her offerings reflect her varied expertise in the fields of contemplative practice and integrative medicine and her extensive background and training create a learning environment that is deeply informed and instructive.

Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and clients all over the world. She teaches classes, retreats, and teacher training related to mindfulness, therapeutic movement, Chinese Medicine, herbal medicine, seasonal wellness, and nutrition. She has been faculty at a number of educational institutions along with running her private medical practice. She is also the creator of a number of online programs.
